Informative pursuant to the GDPR (EU) no. 2016/679 for the treatment and processing of personal data.

Herewith, in compliance with its obligations under the law in question, we wish to inform that the processing of personal data will be based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency, thereby protecting your privacy and your rights.
The treatment is carried out under the following conditions:

1. Data collection (only for CVs - not for commercial requests):

Data collection is done by sending to Isotecnica srl, by the interested parties, by computer means, informations related to their professional experience, organized in the form of curriculum vitae (C.V.). The collection concerns only the common data that will be processed within the limits strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes referred to in the following point.
Therefore, the data subjected must not provide any details that may reveal the state of health, racial and ethnic origin, religious convictions, political opinions, sex life and all information that can be classified as sensitive data according to the GDPR (EU) n . 2016/679.

2. Purpose of treatment:

2.1 - The collection and processing of personal data is the object of carrying, by Isotecnica srl, of search, selection and evaluation of personnel to its organizational structure.
2.2 - The collection and processing of personal data are aimed for marketing and commercial purposes.

3. Data collection:

The consent for processing personal data, for the purposes of paragraph 2, is optional. However any failure to provide it, would makes it impossible to be included in the Isotecnica srl database and to be included in personnel research, selection and evaluation.
3.1 – Only for selection of personnel: candidates interested in participating in the activities of Isotecnica srl, are therefore requested to enclose the following sentence in theirs CV:
"In compliance with the dictates of the GDPR (EU) n. 2016/679, I authorize your company to process my personal data for purposes related to the search and selection of personnel for the supply of work. "

4. Communication and dissemination of data:

For the above-mentioned purposes, personal data transmitted by the candidates or interested persons may be disclosed to divisions Isotecnica srl, a parent, subsidiary or associated Isotecnica srl and to subjects whose right to access data is recognized by law and / or secondary legislation.
Except as provided in this paragraph, the data will not be disseminated.

5. Method of treatment:

The data processing will take place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (EU) no. 2016/679 and will be carried out both manually and with the help of IT and telematic means. The data will be stored in paper or in electronic archives, in order to allow the identification and selection of aggregated or specific data.
In any case, the processing of data will be done with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and with procedures that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, through the adoption of appropriate measures to prevent the alteration, cancellation, destruction, unauthorized access or processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purpose of the collection. Data processing agents are employees and collaborators of Isotecnica srl

6. Rights of the interested party:

according to the GDPR (EU) n. 2016/679, you are entitled to:

1. to obtain a confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data, even if not yet registered, with a communication in an intelligible form.

2. to be informed:

- of the origin of personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of treatment;
- of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative.
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. Obtain:

- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. object, in whole or in part:

- for legitimate reasons of the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
